Well, actually, the business is suffering right now because industry-wide there was much higher than anticipated medical claim spend in Q4 2024.
Don't worry about the stock price. When the sale of Medicare Advantage to HCSC goes through, they will have $3Billion+ to repurchase shares (thus boosting the price per share).

Ultimately it was a 6.7% drop in the stock price. We missed earnings by quite a bit, due mostly to higher medical cost ratio in the stop loss business. High cost claims were much higher than expected. We also lowered our earnings guidance for 2025. Not good.
