Didn’t prem techs already receive this bonus in 2024 in December or am I missing something? When will we receive if we didn’t already and how do you view it in workday

Absolutely in workday. Stank’s email said so too. Pay attention people

C-suite get an extra kick over the next several years with the Billions of dollars in stock buyback to help increase their company share price and dividends.

So much for reducing debt from the most leveraged company in the world. That also increases stock price while making the company more stable. Of course, that doesn’t enrich the elite BOD, CEO and C-suite as quick.

Is this some kind of a sick joke?

Never forget that AT&T adjusted the standard bonus levels down for everyone JG below AP levels. So, with the 114% you are probably just getting 100% of what they took away from you before.

"Anything over 100% is great. Remember bonuses are never a guarantee. We’re just mused to getting at least 100%. "

Those of use here for a bit remember when our pay was reduced by the "bonus" amount. It was stated as a performance incentive. It wasn't on top of what we made at the time.

Pay + 100% "bonus" equaled last year's pay.

According to Stank, we would have gotten more but we have not converted our culture enough yet.

Last year was better but I’ll take it.

I remember in 2006 at a different company they cut bonuses below target right at the end of the year because the company started seeing weaknesses even though the year as a whole was strong. Was the canary in the coal mine before the 2008 meltdown so I’m fine with a solid positive number.

Everything else leadership has done and is doing to us, that’s another story.

Thank you Big John for a more than 100% bonus. This weekend I am going to shop for a Tahoe. This is due to your leadership policies of focus on wireless and fiber, and programs to centralize workforce in a few locations. Congratulations and THANK YOU.

“I guess it's better than nothing. When will we ever get a decent bonus?”

Anything over 100% is great. Remember bonuses are never a guarantee. We’re just mused to getting at least 100%.

Isn’t the max capped at 125% anyway?

Less than a year.

I was a naysayer but stand corrected, it's there. And pro tip--- you can get to where it shows the 114% and has the pdf by clicking on "Compensation Review Statement History" instead of "View Bonus and One Time Payment History"-- this is after clicking "Actions" button in your profile, under your picture, and then "Compensation"

OP is right.

It’s 114% but it’s not shown like that.

It has percent = and then
Amount=

I’m getting about 100 less than last years

"Trying to remember, how is the 114% calculated?"

Cross multiply, and divide.

What is your JG/Level standard bonus percentage at 100%. (WD Bonus % * 100%)/JG Bonus % = Ttl Bonus %

Never mind, brain fa-t over, base pay x bonus percent x 1.14

It's a bit hard to find, but it's there.. Per a coworker who found it: "Click your profile pic on top right > view profile > hover over "actions' > compensation > view compensation review statement history"

by

Post ID: @af+1jjym1jq1

Or you can go to My Profile then Actions. If you hover over Compensation, you’ll see Compensation Review Statement. It’ll show the bonus percentage 114% and your payout amount

by

Post ID: @ae+1jjym1jq1

Go to Workday and Search “bonus & one”. You’ll see a report. This will show your bonus payouts.

"Not sure why this is getting downvoted. 114 is correct"

Maybe?

But payout percentage is not posted anywhere in Workday. This year or any other year. There is Your Total Rewards under My Compensation in HR One Stop where historical YTR letters can be viewed. There is obviously nothing there for 2024 yet.
