My offer letter stated "Work at Home" so if Cigna changed their policy to 5 days a week, I would contact an employment lawyer to see if this is a "material change in work contract" that justifies severance and unemployment pay.

Guys, offer letters are not binding contracts of what will happen for the perpetuity of your career. Think about it. If that were the case, raises would be violations of the contract because the offer letter has your starting salary in it.

"If you keep crying it's bound to happen."

  1. who exactly is "crying"?
  2. do you honestly believe that Cordani and crew are dead set against it, but they will find out about the "crying" and change their minds?

The stupidity on this board is jaw-dropping at times.

If you keep crying it's bound to happen. Then when all the good talent leaves they might just lay you off.

Heard every team should have a % of resources from HIH.

What positions are the h1h having? Is it mainly developer jobs in engineering?

Outright duplicitous if they do go this route, as they are currently onboarding HIH Remote Employees, who do get to work from home.
