Have an offer from BSC as full-time. Do newer hires get the axe first during layoffs? Currently working as a contractor at a life insurance company with potential to be converted to full-time. My gut feeling is to stay at my contractor gig, but that has risks if I don't end up getting converted or cut during the contract
