Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Ford PR system this year

Anyone have the breakdown for latest forced ranking spread at ford?

Set new bar: 10% ?
Exceeded: 20%?
Consistently met: 65%
Inconsistently met: 5%

Other than your rating …How do you find out where you relatively stand in the department and in your section since there is obviously some kind of distribution of ratings in both ? Asked verbally but did not get a clear answer. It was side stepped.

Are managers sharing what the department distributions are?

"Consistently met is all anyone should be doing. Why would you over perform for free? For the "potential" to get paid more. No, you pay, I work. You pay me more, I work smarter, harder, ect. Value proposition. Work for what you get paid for, not for what you "might" get paid for."

Well said.
If Fraud Street wants to cheapen everything for profit then play their game too.
It is about ROI, Return on Investment.
If you are going to get back little for your effort, why expend too much of it.

@aj you have the mindset of a street walker. For 5 bucks the customer gets this. for 10 bucks the customer gets this and that. for 15 bucks the customer gets this, that. and a kiss. Why dont you stop fooling yourself, put on some high heels and a mini skirt and walk up and down cass ave?
