What a nice bunch of words. One thing missed is a commitment to do better for employees. None of this crud matters, with a disengaged-at-best employee base.
How bout we start there this time and see if it works?

What a total joke. Now more than ever because of our earnings (profit) problem, investing money to actually improve the customer experience and denying fewer claims is NOT going to happen. This is a complete smokescreen. What a waste of time for anyone unfortunate to have to work on this fake initiative.
It’s not like leaders with high performing teams will make out any better, will be some bs about how it’s a whole department deal or something. Another convenient way to even sc--w good leaders, great.
Be best! Whada bunch of hooey.
Willing to bet they meant low-level management, not the executive leadership, in that statement. No way Cordani and his team take a meaningful pay cut for their shoddy decisions. They'll pat themselves on the back all the way to the bottom - as they drift down slower carried by their golden parachutes.
Shout out to the only non-drivel comment on that iris post: "I'm a little surprised to hear one of the changes is linking our value delivery to senior leaders compensation. I would have thought they would have been accountable already."
Just like Drive to 2025?
All fluff no stuff. Check back in 6-8 months to see if it’s even relevant anymore or if leadership has moved onto the next big thing.
