I seriously think the issue is with who is at the top. He has been the problem and stuck in tbe 80s IT leader with his class fellows from India. If HR lady was half smart to look into awful friend of a friend malpractice, they may be able to retain some toy he great leaders who recently left to other bigger and better opportunities. How come this top leader never leaves or gets the boot to leave. It’s is about time!!!!

'We're doing great!'.... BUT....

Everything is rosy, until it isn't. They've oversold offshoring and the cost-structure, so now they are stuck with it from a delivery model perspective. End of the day, unless you are literally on daily calls with the execs and being seen, you are just another headcount to them - no matter what you've accomplished in the past or benefits you offer....

No matter how much they talk-talk-talk, if you are in GTS, look out for your own career. Reviewing the Job board should be a weekly task - there is something better out there.

If you send jobs overseas, isn't that working with DEI ? Minority workers, = lower wages, higher profits, more money for executives and shareholders.

My view is this is VZ wide but depth depends on gap to the year end target. May be I am late and this was last Thursday’s news I got now.

I also wonder what happens when new admin finds out that this US company is sending so many jobs abroad. Seems like time for new administration to look at DEI craziness and off shoring practices of this place. Pathetic mo--ns are running this place.
