T-Mobile Insiders Are Selling The Stock

Over the last three months, we've seen significant insider selling at T-Mobile US. In total, insiders sold US$4.6m worth of shares in that time, and we didn't record any purchases whatsoever. Why they are selling???

love to see how much sievert owns, when most of corporate gets 10k /year. that's why TMUS is losing engineers left and right, everyone is quitting for better stock comp... even in a down market, you still get more in the end than the TMUS stock comp

AT&T is under $20 because they have ridiculous amounts of debt and cut their dividend recently too. Everything is a conspiracy to some of you mental mid-ets.

If one of these things is not like the other than there are shenanigans going on. Atnt under 20 and be 35. Doesn’t that tell you there is bs going on…

They are awarded the stock but are limited on when they can execute it. They basically have to say six months in advance they want to sell shares, and then file with the FCC. Go to investor.t-mobile.com and search for SEC filings, Form 4. You can also look at the minutes of the annual report to see what their total comp packages are. Not a big secret.

Because they are limited when they can sell during the year by SEC rules.

They're cashing out some of their stock because a recession is looming. With cash in hand, you can buy back in at lower prices when the stock market inevitably tanks.

Btw, a lot of big businesses are doing this.

they don't have to purchase the stock, it's all awarded.

looks like August sales are normal, but it is a bit higher than 2021. I'd think they're selling because the overall landscape is shifting, time to cash some of your stake. Sievert still owns a lot.
