It's year end calibration and everyone is asking those they know to give them good reviews so to stay alive during forced ranking for end of year reviews.
Many executives in IT and Cyber and Risk are completely unqualified and never had the experience in working in a big bank. And don't know what the f//k they're doing. They all must be fired.
The bank should be shut down by the regulators for incompetence and break C1 up into smaller companies.
