What's with all the security vehicles and other stuff starting to be repainted and L3 harris taken off?...Majors Field is replacing the L3 harris logo...

Has been in the works for a long time. Boeing is taking over GVL. L3 will move all but RJ to Waco. Layoffs will be plenty, whats left can go to Waco. Then move all heavy maint from SA to Gvl. Boeing takes over RJ since it is there airframe.
The site is now called Major's Field. I think it is rebranding from calling it Greenville, which comes with it's own baggage. Also, using the Major's Field logo is a lot easier than getting permission to use thr L3H official logo. That was made clear during the announcement of the new employee store.
For the rest of us, it appears that "Majors Field" (or Airport) is located in Greenville TX.

Why would they be putting majors field on the trucks? Isn't that the old name? Isn't it known as majors airport now? 43
