All of the songs are there. Forced rankings, managers leaving and mergers instead of replacements, moving teams where they do not make sense. Also, we received an okay to WHM tomorrow because there is a bit of snow. (This is not usual at all!). Big come to Jesus with Farley as well.

There aren’t going to be any more large layoffs. There will be a few at a time and it will be done quierly that is, until Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and GM start doing it again. .
Going to retire sometime this year, no Pension from Ford, I prefer to be let go with at least a few months severance if that’s even in play still.
Any recent experience by anyone is appreciated.
Long overdue to right size Ford! Based on January sales, the decision will be needed soon!

Performance reviews are still being done and some early next week so 2-14-25 looking more like the big layoff day.
