If you are under paid and don't have a euro last name you have a future in India Business Machine. 90% of the projects are either outsourced back to India, given to CIC or run by visa workers in country.

Did you ever hear about the fable / story called "The Emperor's New Clothes " ? Well Alvind is like the emperor of that story and his elves like Alvind's obese lapdog Kavanaugh are running one massive Ponzi scheme.
That's why the stock is up and jobs are moving to India where they cover up and whitewash the truth.

This company doesn't exist anymore. It has no product anybody wants. I am shocked it didn't close its doors already. I have heard so many companies close their doors whom were bigger than this. Forget about anything going anywhere. The current CEO will ensure the doors will close sooner.

There is no stability or trustworthiness.
I am not sure how one can do science or engineering like this.
I mean what exactly is 'upper management' and 'investors' making money from.
It sure isn't from making innovative and decent products.

@av

It's all about keeping the shareholders and Alvind's mega bonus happy - nothing personal, of course.

Yes, it is well known that IBM does not care about the employees. They haven’t for a long time. It’s all about the bottom line. Everyone is fair game for layoff if the numbers fit. It could be done in a sneaky devious way. They will try to destroy you have that fits their plan. Buckle up. More to come this year. There is another $3.2 billion of cutting admitted by the company in 2025.
