"Cheaper labor costs
Heard chase can hire 4.5 devs in India for 1 dev in US"
now do CEOs and upper management which have even
less complex skillsets
any exec who pedals this strategy should be taken out behind the woodshed. Corporations making $20-$30B per year after every single penny of expense is paid and STILL thinking they need to get efficient and outsource jobs to a foreign, 3rd world country is just stupid. It's stupid. Any exec/director who peruses this board --- sprout a pair and push back against this disgusting strategy. Your purpose in life isn't just to maximize JPM's profits.
