Never meet a CEO like Jim Farley. He can come up with an excuse for every reason why the company is failing. I think both Bill Ford Jr. and Jim Farley should look in the mirror.
P.S. Also, they should have stuck with Joe Hinrichs & Mark Fields...AH!

The company is failing due to certain career leaders. Once they retire, the company will bounce back. Before they do, they will have to reinvent the wheel again.

Most manipulative CEO ever who looks down upon the hard working Salaried employees and blames us for his failures.
Don't miss Hollywood Mark but absolutely agree on Hinrichs. Smart guy who was exited in a lousy way. All employees lost, now stuck with money losing marketing exec Farley who seems to have ingratiated himself to BOD and Bill Ford.
Way to go, even Wall Street is sick of the BS excuses. Closed at $9.26, down 7.49% today. Farley must be held accountable!
Mark Fields was a clown 🤡 too. We used to call him “TheExecumullett”. Ford needs an engineer to run it, not a marketing person.

Absolutely the worst. Farley MUST go. Ok, he may have a point to address with the President, Government (the obvious) but complaining is NOT a solution. A leader would present the solutions we're working one for the possibility of a ? This guy is horrible.... Farley must go.
