That felt so good!

The shock on my manager's face when I quit was truly priceless! They really think we have no options. That they can treat us like sh-t and we'll still show up tomorrow for more. The level of delusion is unbelievable. I'll treasure this moment for a long time.

totally true. i was so shocked and honestly relieved.
no longer have to pick a random person to sc--w over.
we have a volunteer.
told my boss that you got wind of your performance review and just bolted.

It is resignation season! Maybe that was one of the reasons for the once a year 401K match? Honeywell can group the quits into a certain time of the year. Besides all of the other benefits of a once a year match.
