DEI was corporate imposed to avoid the Liberal Dems in power from forcing them to do it. This way the company can control it, not the liberal government. DEI as a concept will always be there in some fashion, just not called out and labeled for all to see.

Very simple check for VZ FEC.gov 2016 and 2020 donations will denounce the idea that Verizon's political angle is partisan, GOP leaning.
Hand is a woke change-agent.. with an alleged history of enemy-state collusion allegations (Ericsson).
VZ (was) heavily Dem in 2016 prior to the election then not so much when Biden's Admin started raising taxes on VZ.
$1 million is next to nothing, Kamala got her's too - it is a game which really needs to stop.
Hard to believe, VZ is among the top "woke" companies. When you have thousands of employees taking it easy every day, not all, but thousands, and still getting excellent salaries, that's a woke company. I here no one breaks their backs anymore, job is easy peasy. If this $1M is true, it's only because they are afraid not to. But they really don't want to.
