What is the date we have our end of year chat with our managers & get our piece of paper with any bonus info? What date is it actually paid out/received by us? And what is the actual date any pending shares vest? Can’t find info for this anywhere! Thank you 🙏🏻

LTI vests on March 15.
look in your portal for share vesting date, it tells you there. something to consider, there is then +2 days from vesting, to selling.
bonus is last payday in march. varies by country.
March 21st is the date that we get paid the bonus.
My manager in ISG literally never meets with us for years so, not really sure. We kind of just get surprised if we get something or not.

The raise/bonus discussions should be happening this month. The bonus is usually not paid out until mid to late March. And, you do have to stay at Dell through the pay out date to get paid. If you leave before the pay out date, you will not get your bonus.
Bonus info is contingent on year end results and internal machinations by C level officers, a process more opaque than the Massachusetts legislature.. That info isn’t out there yet.
