It’s time to move along. You’ll either be crushed by workload of multiple people exiting the business or be told to leave. Don’t sit around and wait. Go on your own terms and let the leaders try and train the new hires. You are on the titanic.

It is sad to see the competency level of new employees compared to years ago. It is amazing anything gets accomplished.

Yes the hires are in india cause all the big top three telcos want to do is cook the books about stuff. Very hard to show any sales inside any store in the USA. If there is no sales then the real deal is how is it that the bills are being paid for electricty and tower maintence. The answer is.....tata...taaata... tattaaaa.... Fake stock growht and borrowing for into long term dept..

I stayed to make them pay me severance. I didn’t have to train because two weeks isn’t enough notice for that to happen anyway. And even though it was under the guise of RTO and relocation they aren’t backfilling me.
