Vice President, Lead “Demoted” from P5 to P4 in updated Job Leveling Structure published two months ago, can anyone verify?

I had a similar experience and was effectively demoted during the job category re-structuring. P-ssed off REALLY but did not note this until recent compensation discussion.

I'm a VP, Lead P4. P5s are exec directors though.

Lead roles have been P4 since the job architecture change 2 years ago. Sr. Lead jobs are P5.
