Somethings going on and it’s really crazy with people that are high performers like they want us to leave. I don’t even make like major money. I’m like at the midpoint for a normal person in my state.
Anyone else, a sh---y review and raise and someone who has been here for like 20 years that has never had a sh---y review after 20 years. It’s so crazy!🤪
