So what’s the word on bonuses? Rumor has it that most will get nada. Also heard that the company stance on long term employees is to get rid of them as they just cost you more money.

If the boss wants you to leave the company you won’t get a bonus outside of what the company minimum is based on the scorecard. If they want you to stay quiet and stay with the company they will pay you more. If you are an a$$ ki$$er yes man you get the jackpot even if you are d-mber then a piece of burnt toast.
@16k+1jkwvaxa7 Agreed! But ELT and Management team wouldn’t.
I learned a long time ago that a bonus is a bonus and not a budget item. I’d rather keep my job and see valuable people keep their jobs and go without a bonus than go through decimation of staff.
You can literally go look at the scorecard. It isn’t that bad. Unsure how people come up with this stuff
What are you on about? There will be bonuses. The scorecard was impacted by safety and downstream throughput. That’s it.
I recall a few years ago, when Hong Kong decided that nobody, except China office, would receive a bonus. Those Husky days will likely return,
Corporate score will be lowest in history
