I've heard a rumor that there might be some layoffs in November. I personally think that's a bunch of bullcr-p but it doesn't hurt to check. Has anybody here heard anything similar or is this just another case of people who don't have enough on their plate trying to start trouble for no good reason?

Same thing here, @3rfy, I left Chevron and now make a lot more working part time at my new gig in Seattle. Only it's more like 4 times as much. I'm set for retirement but I love what I do, lol!
I quit here and now make over twice my pay working part time at The Colorado.

All that tells you, @adi is that they have accomplished their goal. They created it, and you clicked. More ad revenue. It also reflects a lack of ability of the CVX employees to actually find a relevant social media platform to discuss their topics, of which there are many. Hundreds, actually but as I stated. lack of ability, lack of skillset, no talent, no drive. That's why the people who come here, belong here, and the site name is appropriate.
