More big org changes this week and they haven't even straightened out the mess they created last October. Reduce staff is their only goal. We know how that's going.

My 20-years with the company director was also JE'd today as well. Seems like Cigna is he-l bent on running this place into the ground. Hope all affected got decent parachutes at least.

If these ambiguous posts are an indication of the level of detail people put into their work then no wonder so many people here fear layoffs. Why is it so hard for people to say which orgs are affected?

These companies are in for a rude awaking 10 years from now when every good job is overseas and there is nobody left in the US that can afford their overpriced BS.
Like how are people supposed to find jobs and provide for a family if every company is laying off employees.
