View profile, compensation tax, severance lump sum
Looks like it’s 2 weeks or so per year of service, 1 year cap
That is what everyone is saying… mines look inbetween 2-3 weeks per year

Even 3 was per year su-ks. Man, you people are getting sc--wed.
That has always been in workday. Just wait for details people….
Here is how it will work.
If you are ready to go now, and are NOT interested in a position at Chevron, then elect the AEOI.
If you are not ready, and wish to work here still, then DO NOT elect the AEOI.
Once the AEOI round is complete, you will be available to apply to a position, could be your own, could be a different position. You should/will be applying to at least 3 jobs, exactly the same as Renewal.
If not selected for a job you will receive the same severance package as the AEOI folks.
If you are selected for a position, and you refuse it, you will be let go, with NO severance.
You heard it here first!
I mean, we still get severance if we get laid off down the line right? might as well hang out
@a6, Nothin new, people like you quiet quit the first week you hired on. Yawn..........
@a9+1 I also have this same question
Does this mean we’re definitely getting laid off? Or is this calculated for everyone? Just to be sure lol
2 weeks per year isn't worth it. I'm better off quiet quitting.
18 years if service, looks like two weeks per year.
Nice find
You're lucky you got anything. You should be jumping for joy.
