Fight against layoffs and in support of WFH productivity

https://www.bls.gov/productivity/notices/2024/productivity-and-remote-work.htm

Productivity was increased up to 40%+ due to WFH. Keep bringing this up. Leadership is sacrificing productivity for a failed attempt at collaboration.

Revenue Per Employee should be increased by innovation, not micromanaging and forcing RTO.

Yes, please keep fighting RTO and putting your name on the non-conforming list! You have a choice now or you can let T make it for you.

No worries though... T's culture training and DEI investments have set you up well to get outta Mom's basement and chase your dreams! Let's git er' done, because there is nothing like the reality "slap of life" to change your understanding on a few things.

"The sad thing is you know this is true, you just get a perverse thrill from posting the same garbage on every single thread. You’re a pathetic clown."

He, like a lot of others who have infiltrated this forum, is just a min wage paid hack (probably in another country) sent here by the company or some private equity giant that's got the company by the throat to frustrate and wear down employees. Stand your ground.

“ RTO x 5 x 9 is the new normal. Federal, state, local government, all major companies are "all in" so to speak“

Not true, so stop f’ing lying. By far, MOST large companies still work a hybrid schedule with their employees where possible. The sad thing is you know this is true, you just get a perverse thrill from posting the same garbage on every single thread. You’re a pathetic clown.

RTO works better than WFH for everyone. Please stop the WFH rhetoric.

RTO x 5 x 9 is the new normal. Federal, state, local government, all major companies are "all in" so to speak. If you can find a telecommuting job in 2025, you'll be lucky for sure. Why fight it? There is no way you will win. Get used to your new life, it's here to stay, no amount of protesting is gonna change it.

There is no collaboration. Even when in the same building everything is done on teams.

Never was about productivity or collaboration. It is a headcount reduction exercise. So says Vivek and Elon. That’s the whole point, to get people to quit. Once you realize that, the rest of it makes sense. Why no assigned seats? Why not enough desks? Why not enough parking? Why 5x vs 3x or 2x? Why did some team not have to RTO 5? Why the hourly tracking? Yep, make you miserable so you’ll leave or find a reason to PiP you out or terminate.

It was never about collaboration. You’re a fool if you believe the leaders believe that themselves.
