To make people come back to the office, TMO has a cafeteria for free food. They laid off people and raised cost with this waste. Sounds like arrogance to me. I remember when they got rid of bagel Friday and soda.

Leadership taught us to eat more and work more. We won't stop eating. Go magenta.
TMUS ain't nothing but a bunch of hogs waiting everyday to be sloped. Give them a free lunch and they do anything for it.
It's funny how me and my coworkers can eat so much more when it free. When I go out to eat, I'm always careful not to order too much because I'm concerned with the cost. I appreciate TMUS doing this for all of us, I've never worked anywhere that catered in all you care to eat lunch.
we had chicken biryani for lunch, it isn't too bad, just stuffed
Olive Garden catered in today. Bottomless pasta bowls, salad, bread rolls, all the free soda you could drink, plus dessert. I had three bowls of pasta, three saladd, 10 bread rolls, 4 12 oz. Cans of soda, 3 bowls of dessert. Talk about being stuffed. I had to find a place to lay down and sleep for a couple of hours. I hope this continues indefinitely!
Free subs catered in today from Jersey Mikes. No limit, I got down to the cafe at around 11A, grabbed two large italians, pickles (sliced in quarters), chips (barbq) (2 sacks), 3 20 oz cokes. It was delish. I'm not sure how long the company will continue with free lunches, but I hope forever.
You are good eater, you must be on the leadership team
We had Godfathers Pizza catered in today, all you cared to eat. I could hardly stand the stuffed feeling I had after eating. I ate 10 slices, washed it down with three 20oz cokes. You talk about delish! And it's all free.
You are solid. Jealous
Grilled Ruebens next week, no limit. I think I can eat four with side items, wash it all down with a 2 liter Dr. Pepper on the rocks. They are talking cherry turnovers for dessert, again, no limit, I'll take 4 please.
After getting some beer at sidekicks snd bad indian food at our cafe, it’s time for a nap in one of the may couches in building 2. Nobody says anything. When Matt Sch. Is in town, I always like to see how high he stacks his food. Like a pig at the trough. I guess that’s how they do it in STL!
More food to eat, more nap to take after, less productivity, how do we support our business in the afternoon with so much food in the stomach.
Free food = energy = employee productivity!! Do not remove free food, this saves employee time (rather than going out to eat)
Probably the laziest people are in line early for the food. I bet Mike B is in the front. Those who work hard are too busy to fight for free food.
Just eat, and get full and take nap after. We won't stop
They catered Popeyes into our building yesterday, absolutely delish. We had bone in chicken, boneless chicken strips, mashed potatoes and gravy, beans & rice, Cole slaw, hot fresh biscuits with butter and honey. They have committed to providing us catered lunch every Thursday from a different restaurant. Next up; Cr--ker Barrel.
Must be nice. We get an endless parade of roti, chick peas, and goat.
when it comes to free lunch, we won't stop eating.
And who evar said there's no such thing as a free lunch? Of course there is, just look at TMUS. Get to lunch early, we have some real pigs that will get triple the helpings and think nothing of it. I love this place!
Taco/Salad everyday in Seattle office
Can't wait to see the value of lunch show up as a part of total comp...
I loves free foods in building 2.
Unhappy meal.
eating mutiple ppl's food means there is plenty of food left and we are hungry.
that is our T-Mobile culture, we go fast by launching our product, of course we eat in a fast way at lunch.
Reading the rah-rah comments here, it's no wonder the senior leaders treat the employees with contempt. Y'all are bought off cheaply. Just put a kick me sign on and be done with it.
Yes, you do have to go early because there are selfish a wholes who eat 2 or 3 lunches.
Love free food at T-Mobile. It goes fast when it is free. You have to take action fast.
I had a double pastrami and Swiss on marbled rye! Outstanding, pasta salad on the side with a 20 oz Dr. Pepper. Probably the best lunch ever. Next up, corned beef and Swiss on marbled rye. And the best part, it's all free.
Looks like T-Mobile paid trolls are coming back. Sears had enough customers to build the tallest building in the world at the time. Taller than even the original trade towers. Do you remember Sears. Probably not. It died because of the waste.
We have enough subscribers paying bill every month. Not big deal.
Free means that a "tax" moves elsewhere, understood. T-Mobile is a capitalist company and lunches are an awesome way to reward people that return to the office. At some point I hope T-Mobile enforces return to office and those that don't will be let go. The same people that want R&R also don't come into the office regularly. Karma.
