Now, our highest goal is mediocrity and cost savings. When you put those two together, the result you'll get is at best mediocre and at worst a total disaster. I'm afraid that we've ended up with the "at worst" option. As long as our highest goal stays the same, nothing will change. It's better to leave than expect that to happen.
