Hiring a Hot Dog vendor, Aramark, to run things is insane. The new General Manager has been fired from multiple "AV" companies in the Portland/Vancouver metro area. Completely unqualified due to his lack of knowledge and experience for the role he is now in.
This ought to play out well...

The fact that people thought it WAS outsourced from the beginning just shows WHY it was seen as expendable.
It has been in house since late 90's for core technical roles
