My boss is a micromanaging je-k. Everything about this company is just becoming more stressful. I will be looking for a new job because this is not how work life balance should be.

Back in my day going to the office was common and normal. Just quit since you obviously can't handle it.
You still haven't had sh-t if you still work here. Learn to enjoy it or regret your life because this is it.
