Midland office resuctions

Next up will be reducing the number of employees in Midland. Just look at what Exxon and others have done to cut headcount in Midland by hiring Indians. Forced relocations to drive resignations of people who don’t want to move. That office is way overbuilt anyway. Just compare it to the Exxon XTO office on Holiday Hill road.

If they follow McKinsey advice they will do as Exxon is doing and cut benefits for those who stay while finding ways to increase voluntary resignations

Cutting the move package benefits will be part of the plan.

If they want resignations, the moves need to happens in the opposite direction of what you are describing. Increasing positions in Midland and moving them from Houston is what will increase the resignations.
