As for the HR lady, the poor soul has been kicked out and faces a bleak future of being a multi millionaire at a comparatively young age. So sad - lol

CHRO was in a bubble just like the CEO. But that’s her fault for staying in the bubble while so many employees raised their voices. Even HR wasn’t included in the executive strategy so she just filled a seat. She didn’t accomplish much during her tenure. DXC culture is still the worst, morale still low, and clients still leaving.
She was only following orders...
