I received an "exceeding"...is that new? I was unaware there was a new rating system. I can tell you it did not come with a very good raise.

Ratings don't matter much when the company predetermines the distribution ratios of the ratings...

Saw a "leader" at lunch outside the Death Star a few weeks ago...she was complaining about the VP of her department...nothing new there. It is aways fun when "they" don't know who the underlings actually are
