East of the Mississippi Verizon is king. If you have used both, you know. Talking on an AT&T connection sounds like talking into a WWII radio set. Constant cutouts, routine dropped calls. On Verizon it sounds like they sitting in the room with you and it works everywhere, no matter how thick the walls. We are absolutely in last place on all the metrics that matter to customers. I would not switch back even if the employee discount was 100%.
I work at att and use Verizon because att coverage in my area su-ks.
I don’t care how much of a discount I get as an employee as I need a signal.
