No layoffs this year. Stop frightening people.
I’ve heard that as well. The reason is that our RTO Refuseniks have self selected to quit. We don’t need to have layoffs as a result.
The worst of the worst quit for free and we no longer need to layoff this year. In fact we are now hiring.
