Anyone happen to hear about what the percentage is this year? I’d think with all the cost cutting we’d have something decent but I’m always afraid to ask.

no bonus this year
If you are remote you can receive a maximum of 70% fo whatever Dell pays out
I understand management is being encouraged to find fault where ever they can this year to reduce bonuses. So, WFH, less than 39 days a month badged, shirt doesn't go well with those pants... you will see bonuses reduced.
Superstar su-k ups may be disappointed too.
"On track for 96%" is what we were told in December.
20 % total to be cut by years end
People that were impacted by the WFR's were paid out (75% pro-rated) based on 100%
we were on track for 100% but this quarter could bring it down
