It's got to change. Work direction from platform, BUs, and chapter. Lots of memos about TPS reports.

I think Chapter is a foregone conclusion, they probably will roll into the platform, the question is what will the platform restructure look like? That’s a hot convoluted mess commingled with the VCCOE GA group.
Ooh how about the battalion of nothing doers prepping to implement DigitalHardCore? Tons of savings there.
Holding the current chapter/platform heads accountable would be a good start. Where has the quality control gone since the agile restructure? What's with all the viruses being released in form of "applications"? Implementation is lead by the blind and executed by people who don't care. Have any leaders tried using something like Smart GEP for more than a few minutes? Whoever rolled that out should be arrested and trialled for treason
