I have heard many rumors that layoffs are coming after LTI and bonus payout this week. layoffs will mostly target low performers and employees who have not been regularly in office 4 days a week. Can anyone confirm?

If you're working from home, you should be let go.
Great ideas come from collaboration, not isolation.
That’s why you need to badge in everyday (no tailgating). Big brother is watching.

I don’t think this fear is limited to our company but the industry and others as well. Friends at other oil and gas companies are seriously worried about the impact of Trump tariffs and trade with the USA. These threats are really real.

I’ve worked from home an average of 1.27 days/week since November. Does that mean I get a package next week?
So what if you only come in 3 days a week (on average), but you are the best and brightest in your role; and just got a top performer ranking? Are you getting laid off next week?
That would be so many people a notification would be out by now alerting the intention is there to lay off many people.
Closeouts this week? All board approved? Seems fast.
Why would they let go someone after payout? If they wanted, they would have done it prior to LOL
Business Analyst? What the heck is that really?
Can anyone confirm any cuts to contractors? I’m worried about my role as a Sr. Project Mgr. / Business Analyst.
Any information would be welcomed
