Who all received MAP 3 rating and what was your merit and RRP payout %? And GL.

GL 26, MAP 3 rating, 1% increase (34 cents) with $835 bonus. Been working here for over 10 years. This low raise is a recurring theme, so I had no expectations. In the past I had MAP ratings 4-5, and got about the same, a few cents here and there. Also, a couple of years ago I got promoted from GL 25 to 26 with NO raise at all. I was told I make enough already. Since then I've been doing only the minimum to get my stats where it should be, nothing extra. I could do way more but not motivated. Making less every year with the inflation being higher than the raise.
What department is this buyout option being offered to?? Who is affected?
First couple of months I the company here. New CEO. Got a 2 million dollar bonus and pay increase of whatever the f i want. Bullsh!t company.

I’m literally vivid an this company is beyond the most pocket pinching tight a** organization I worked for was given a 3.5 rating an told no merit increase, been in he-l with UHC for 3 yrs
Grade 23, 3 on the MAP, 1% raise.
I could do 3 times the work they expect of me, 100% is all they get.

I lead a team of GL28s and the pool for merit this year was awful. No one got more than 2%. I myself got a 1% from my leader with a 4 rating.
Merit Increase overall target was 1.4%. Highest I've seen is 2%. RRP depends on what Hold backs the leaders take. Overall what I saw was higher RRP awards than for 2023.
Rating 4 - 1.5% merit, 90% funded rrp
3 overall, 1% raise equaling .22 cents and no bonus. I got more of a raise last year with a worse overall rating. Makes no sense
I got a 3 and a 1% raise. I’m taking the voluntary separation and going to live my best life.It is what it is.

I got a MAP 4, 1% increase after being given the opportunity to voluntarily resign on Monday (along with the rest of my department).

In new role for 6months. Got map 3 rating. 26cent/1% raise w/ 450 rrp
1% increase =.33 cent and $685 bonus. .. What a slap in the face when I'm doing work waaaaay outside of my job description. ...all the pats on the back and come congratulations.. Don't mean Nothing when i got 33 cent.
What is RRP% been here 3 yrs and not sure what that is, I’m currently more than my current role outlines. I’m doing team lead work and more. And I received 4 sup said im over achieving in all aspects. My pay increase was 3.5% and that was a big 54 cent raise per hour. Mean while they hired someone for my dept coming in making $3 more than I make with 0 experience in healthcare
