Enough already….maybe we should layoff these “leaders” that have shown no ability to actually help perform better and are so happy floating on the surface monitoring metrics that don’t drive the biz

The “competitions” are rigged, too. We had a group in one of the competitions and they changed the rules last minute and tacked on an extra team - the team literally was all wearing E-Week shirts and their designed item had extra parts not included in the provided supplies.
