Not sure about the percentage, but I'm being told to brace ourselves for less than anticipated bonus payouts this year. Sort of rough information, but the company didn't do all that well, especially ISG so that is what we're being told. Cr-ppy bonuses and being forced into the office five days a week does not make Jack a happy boy.

if we knew, the cat would be out of the bag then
I heard closer to 100%. How valid are the 90% or 94% rumors?
Don't cash the check if you don't like it
MS is big on meritocracy. All (non sales) managers must downgrade at least one team member to 90% of their IBP. They are meant to reallocate this 10% to their highest performing team members. If you have developed a strong team of high performers, choosing the person who literally has to “take one for the team” can be a lottery.
With Q4 fins forthcoming - i'm hearing 91% and also managers instructed to reduce any low performers to 90% regardless of goals hit at 100%.
94% seems to be the rumor. Engineering is pi---d because they've worked nights and weekends all year. Some have been on-off-on weeks traveling to customer sites for deployments. All for a lousy bonus.
wow, from comments, you can tell the trolls that don't work here.
A few months back they said we were trending towards 100%....no clue what it is now
I mean the company only made record 4th quarter profits. Why on earth would you get a good bonus? Michael NEEDS that money to impress Musk, Zuckerberg, Bezos and the rest of the broligarchs!!!
Any rumors on % i wonder
Your bonus is having a job. Be happy with it. And be happy knowing JC will make $30m this year
