Merit/RRP

What are others merit increase/RRP looking like for those around a GL 29? Was the merit % lower for higher grade levels?

GL 29 there was no merit increase at all. First time in a decade. Staff below 29 and 29 are scared with all the news

Weeks ago leadership was telling us how well the Annual Enrollment went. More superlatives than you could shake a stick at. Results well beyond all goals and expectations! And an assurance that "Your efforts have not gone unnoticed!"

But the company was built on buzzwords and bullsh-t.

1%...Yay Me! And I am a consistent overperformer / ownership with a glowing 2024 Year In Review.

I'll share. I have a couple 29s, and I noticed immediately that Comp Planner had extremely low Merit funding for 29. Definitely different from other grade levels.

This is so incredibly tone deaf. 🙄 Unsure about merit increases for GL 29, but this is a layoff thread. These people are worried for their livelihoods, and are likely below that 29 marker.
