I wish Verizon would end contractor dei policies.. If you're a contractor of theirs they talk about inclusion well if you happen to be white you're not included. White contractors are require  to spend 20% and 1% additional each year endlessly to minority-owned business for materials or subcontractors. Then recently they realized that cost a lot more for parts so they bought them themselves from large companies that are not minority and just said please you still have to use those percentages and just subcontract out your work. So say the job you're doing is 50% parts now you're putting 42% out to a subcontractor for a very simple job. Imagine you install air conditioners and someone says
