It’s way too early to know who and what will be sliced and diced. Just update your CV as a priority and begin networking your contacts everywhere. Schmoozing your boss and other middle management won’t pay dividends, as this massive layoff wave will take a toll on supervisors and small group managers. The intent here is to flatten the organization.
