New broken presence report

The new broken presence report will be used to fire people who dont have 8×5 in office. It doesn't give credit for holidays, vacation or caregiver leave.

Prepare yourself.

"...local supervisors salivate at their mouth to finally have this in their hand to back their micromanaging..."

Your local supervisors aren't involved.

HR will mandate a one-time counseling for non-compliance. And then you're gone.

“ It is directionally correct.”

Not even remotely close. It’s off by multiple hours.

Trouble is, even though the data is clearly flawed, local supervisors salivate at their mouth to finally have this in their hand to back their micromanaging. Generally the ones who preach “trust but verify”. Anyway, back to applying for jobs.

HRBP’s are using this now to relay to the managers who needs to be written up. They are going with the 3 strike rule based on not hitting the avg hours for the month. This was relayed to us from Amy’s team and others under Rick so it’s a reliable source.

Rule with an iron fist utilizing sketchy data, that is the AT&T way. You are assumed guilty until proven innocent. What a cesspool of a company.

The report was deleted yesterday and needs to be entirely re-created. Just an FYI to everyone you can go home. There will be no metrics for 2/21

“It is never 100 percent correct the first iteration. It will be tweaked and more correct as changes are made. That is the Agile way.”

You don’t take life altering decisions on a broken report.
At least make the report 60% correct.

Jay&Co will be fired first. It’s only about 20% accurate. Can not be used to terminate. Easy lawsuit W
