Those who retire (MR75 eligible) or who are surplused get the bonus. All others (quit or terminated for cause) have to be on payroll on 3/1 to get the payout on 3/6
I'll answer you straight since everybody is so unhelpful. I asked to be part of the Dec. layoffs last year. Bonuses drop in March. I still got mine but partial through my time up to Dec. so yes you'll get your bonus less one week but ask your HR business partner to be sure. I don't know if I still got mine because I was part of a lay off vs you just wanting to leave.
Tell your friend to call me.
If you are terminated with cause prior to the actual payout...you won't get your bonus. Even if you were here all of last year.
You still get the bonus but your manager can fu-k with the amount. It happened to a friend of mine several years ago, and I doubt ATT has made their policy more employee friendly.
You need to split it with theI and team” m0r0n.
All this hate…. If you all feel what the business is doing is okay, then enjoy, the way things are being managed is demoralizing and degrading.
If you’re on payroll Jan 1st you get it.
Ignore these broke angry fu--s.
If you’re gonna quit, just leave, the rest of us are - don’t sweat the bonus.
LOL!
If you have to ask you’re one of the id--ts who needs to be let go to begin with.
You don’t loose it but I would wait until the money is in your bank before giving notice to be safe
