Many years ago when I was out on maternity leave, my bonus was still paid like normal while I was out on leave. Not sure if this is still the case.

@b8+1jmnk32gv There are absolutely bonuses for CL 30 and above. What doesn’t make sense with this person’s post is they said “many years ago” when they received a bonus, suggesting they are a very old exec posting on this site and are planning on taking a leave at an older age.
Ahhh, beware the bonus: Lower pensionable salary and no requirement to pay during any type of leave. In fact, no legal requirement to pay at all, as long as the bonus remains ‘undefined’ with regard to calculation and payment. Wouldn’t be surprised if we all end up with a bonus scheme shortly. It is a massive employer option to cut pay while hanging the unattainable carrot before us.
And tip to anyone leaving for a bonus: If the new employer can point to the formula for paying the bonus, in writing, then you are in luck. It is a legally enforceable component of your pay. If nothing is in writing, buyer beware.
No bonus at exxon dummy. Try the shell or chevron layoff board.
They still let me ride my unicorn even though I was working 9/80s from my Italian villa.
no variable pay come on dude try harder
