I worked at Sam’s for about 4 years . I quit about 8 months ago and took a job at Costco . World of difference . I kept hearing a lot from long term associates at Sam’s on how Sam’s used to be so great and now not so much ! Well, any of u wanting to leave and go to Costco I say go … the atmosphere at Costco is not toxic like at Sam’s . Our managers , at least at the one I work at engage with employees and seem to care unlike at Sam’s . Pay is so much better and the insurance is a lot better . Bonuses are way better too . I made a lot of great friends at Sam’s who are miserable there because of the way they are treated . Sam’s .. u need to do better…

I guess you can say "your job is what you make it". After 10 years at Sam's they're still #1 to me.
I heard that you must wait a year to either apply or possibly get hired if you work at Sam's.
I’ve been at CW for 4 years what bonus are you getting? But leaving Sam’s was the best decision I’ve made…
How is the process, because I apply few weeks ago and no call from them, what could I do?
Closest Costco to me is 100 miles away.
