DEIn removes merit based outcomes. That's why I'm against it. And I'm black.
After the election, Farley claimed DEi was over. No idea if it's being covertly done as I know is sometimes the case with other companies.

Starting from the caveman days both genders and all races have had an equal opportunity to succeed, how well they used that opportunity is apparent today.
The fact the DEI offends some of you is proof that it’s needed.
