Thread regarding UnitedHealth Group Inc. layoffs

After the shock. Comes the ANGER

I have been thinking about thi, this past week. We were told to push these digital registrations. If you didn’t push hard enough, you got a coaching, or at least my team did. Looking back, they used us to help get rid of us which really is no surprise.

The timing is interesting- offshore was not allowed to transfer mbrs to us starting last week. They were to rely on their knowledge.

Members are going to be big mad having to talk to reps who they cannot understand. I guess all those grievances were just a huge waste of time.

Let the disenrollments begin.

All the use of ‘Zenerate’ to practice taking calls.. makes me think they are using that program to improve their AI and replace us. They will keep some of us around as ‘SEL’/‘supervisors’ to transfer when the offshore reps get heat from Members. Just seems so shady, during the meeting they were asked if there was a quota, “we have no quota at this time and are hopeful it won’t come to layoffs.” Bullsh-t!

If I have to call my insurance, it is because I have a problem. I certainly do not want to talk to AI, especially if it is as d-mb as whatever bot was created for help desk tickets. I want a human being, who speaks my language, understands my plan and can help me. If I want to speak to AI, that would be through an App.

@ba+1jmsbjygd most people want to deal with AI? Well tell me you don’t talk to UHC Mbrs without telling me you don’t talk to our Mbrs. I don’t know where you work in the organization, but here’s a news flash for you- no one I spoke to liked Avery.

I think the low to no merits are a way to try to get people to quit. Im just going to "quiet quit" instead and work as slow as possible.

First of all, I hate to break it to you, but the world is moving towards AI whether you like it or not. Most people don’t wanna call in and talk to a human being. They want a fast response system. Whether or not you cooperated, your job is replaceable. If an automated system can do it? You’re not going to be around Years. Let it go and move into a different
