After years of staying put, the situation got so bad it finally pushed me to move on. I don’t make changes lightly, but this was beyond tolerable. Now, I’m heading toward better pay, stronger benefits, and a workplace that actually values its people. I guess I should thank Medtronic for giving me the push I needed.

You don't realize how toxic and stressful the work environment was until you're somewhere else...It hasn't been perfect, but my current situation is better.
Good reminder there are a lot of good opportunities beyond medtronic.
